Construction of 8 self-contained, energy-efficient units delivered under IHP, designed as a step towards finding permanent homes for people experiencing homelessness.

8 new  family homes in Llanrwst delivered under IHP. Each home was subject to stringent air tightness, thermal imaging and sound migration tests to reach Passivehouse design standards and achieve the quality assurance certification.

Homes as Power Stations project under IHP, with solar PV, batteries, GSHP and MVHR) using the ‘Swansea Standard’.

Mixed use scheme delivered under IHP, incorporating retail and business use, with a focus on health, well being and place.

Delivered under IHP and Home as Power Stations: utilising SIPS, integrated solar PV, transpired solar collectors (TSC) and ground source heat pumps.

Delivered under IHP,  the scheme is developing a community based hub to provide homes and training for vulnerable people.

Passivehouse development, with the use of local timber.

Delivered under IHP using a panelised construction using a fabric first approach, highly insulated using external wood fibre insulation and passive stack ventilation.

The building was built using SIPS with air-tight envelope, increased insulation, heat-pumps, MVHR, solar PV and batteries. and a Sedum Roof. Internally there are exhaust air heat pumps and MVHR providing a thermally efficient building envelope.

Three pairs of 2 bed 4 person affordable homes delivered under IHP, manufactured as volumetric units in Wales, using Welsh timber.

A development of thirteen ultra-low energy Passivehouses in Llangan.  The homes offer high performance windows and a mechanical ventilation system.

A mix of over 55s apartments and family houses using Welsh timber frame and cladding, cellulose insulation, clay-based paints for low-pollutant carcinogen-free environment.

Nine innovative zero-carbon houses installed after being built off site, using a volumetric Homeshell System, with 90% of the construction done using off-site manufacturing. The houses will have solar panels on their roofs and electric heating.

22 Passivhaus standard family homes for rent through the council, delivered under IHP.
