Solar PV systems were installed on 61 homes—57 with battery storage and 4 without—by Welsh firm GB-Sol, with iOPT monitoring ensuring compliance with environmental sensor requirements.

Elm Avenue consists of four 1956-built, non-traditional Gregory-type flats with uninsulated concrete walls and slab floors. The property was selected for a fabric-first retrofit under the ORP scheme to address insulation, ventilation, and energy efficiency challenges.

Adra retrofitted 74 homes across four Welsh communities—Criccieth, Dyffryn Ardudwy, Blaenau Ffestiniog, and Penrhyndeudraeth—using a ‘fabric first’ approach to improve energy efficiency. The Llwynon Sheltered Complex in Crynant transitioned from a failed communal gas system to green energy solutions—installing Dimplex Quantum heaters, Solar PV, and Santon cylinders—to improve EPC ratings and reduce fossil fuel reliance.

A thermal and mechanical retrofit and improvements to existing 1970’s block of 23 flats. The building is a traditional brick block cavity wall construction.

A pioneering housing project located in Penyrheol, Swansea that commenced work in April 2021.  Comprising 144 new build homes, the project is set to complete in February 2026.
