The National Energy Foundation has published new findings on the real‑world performance of whole home retrofits, following a year of monitored data from 30 upgraded homes. The study assessed each property using the SuperHomes Rating Scheme, which measures actual energy use, carbon emissions, household comfort and running costs. The results offer valuable insights into how deep retrofit measures are performing in practice and highlight the progress homeowners are making towards reducing emissions and improving energy efficiency.
