Being predominantly a timber framed build, the panels will be made at a factory in Neath, where insulation and windows will be added. These will then be delivered to the site semi-assembled, therefore reducing disruption to the local community, causing less noise and pollution.
Apprenticeships will be created for local people. St Martins School pupils will be supported to understand the engineering concepts used on the project.
